Padel in Venice: venues, day plans and tips for your trip
Venice requires this series’ clearest separation: padel on the mainland, city time in the lagoon. The Mestre venue is not a court among canals. Plan a sports block followed by one continuous island visit rather than repeated journeys back and forth.

Padel Club Venezia · Green Garden

Where to stay for a padel trip to Venice
Mestre for sport and luggage logistics; Cannaregio for longer island time. Bridges, water transport and final walks form part of every journey.
Three places to see in Venice
Each destination works as a short visit after a match or as a longer half day.
St Mark’s Square
The square concentrates major monuments and visitor traffic. An exterior circuit, basilica and Doge’s Palace are different programmes. Choose deliberately rather than doing everything between two waterbus departures.
Cannaregio
Canals and residential lanes give the northern island city a different pace from San Marco. A slow walk with a clear endpoint leaves room to pause. Keep private entrances and narrow paths clear.
Giudecca
The island south of the centre offers views back towards Venice. The water journey is part of the excursion and needs a checked return. It fits a free block better than a pre-departure rush.
