Refund policy
Digital delivery
Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
Your purchased files will be made available through the delivery method stated on the product page, such as a download link or email.
For immediately available products, delivery normally takes place without undue delay after successful payment and any legally required consent to immediate supply. Where an applicable withdrawal period must first expire, delivery takes place after that period.
Any scheduled release date or different delivery period will be shown before purchase.
Access problems
If you cannot find your delivery email, check your spam folder and the email address entered with your order.
For missing links, incomplete files or technical problems, contact support@stifo.de. Please include your order number, if available, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and provide the assistance or remedy required under the contract and applicable law.
Refunds and statutory rights
A digital product is not automatically excluded from all refunds.
Where you have a valid statutory right of withdrawal, a right to terminate for non-supply or non-conformity, or another mandatory refund right, we will honour that right.
A refund required by law will not be replaced with store credit unless you expressly agree and the law permits this.
Outside statutory rights and any separately advertised guarantee, we do not offer an additional general change-of-mind return right after digital content has been supplied.
You may still contact us about an accidental duplicate purchase or another exceptional situation. We will consider the circumstances without limiting your legal rights.
Refund processing
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we issue reimbursement within the period stated in our Withdrawal Policy.
For other refunds, the applicable legal deadline or the timing communicated when the refund is agreed applies.
The time your bank or payment provider takes to display the credit may differ from the time we issue the refund.
Tabiara — Right of Withdrawal
The following information applies to consumers entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable German or EU consumer law. Any other mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
This policy concerns digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay. This acknowledgment will include the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For a contract requiring payment for digital content supplied without a physical medium, your statutory right of withdrawal expires when we begin performing the contract, provided that:
- You expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired.
- You acknowledged that, by giving that consent, you would lose your right of withdrawal when performance began.
- We provided the legally required contract confirmation on a durable medium, including confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment.
If these requirements are not met, your withdrawal right does not expire merely because a download has been supplied.
Your statutory rights concerning missing, defective or non-conforming content remain unaffected.
