Trastevere, Rome

Build your two days in Rome around one booked game and two flexible walks. Start with Colosseum and Trastevere, keeping Villa Borghese as an option for day two.

Day one around Colosseum

Even an exterior circuit reveals the amphitheatre’s scale. Going inside and visiting the Forum requires a different time allowance. Separate these choices instead of squeezing ancient Rome between two bookings.

Your fixed point is the reservation at Aspresso Roma. Work backwards from the start time and keep the walk open-ended. If the court lies across town, play first and leave the afternoon free for the neighbourhood.

Day two between Trastevere and Villa Borghese

Lanes west of the Tiber suit a slower walk with a meal break. Choose a meeting point near Santa Maria in Trastevere and leave room for small detours rather than a rigid route.

Park paths and the Pincio viewpoint offer a green counterpoint to dense streets. The Galleria Borghese is a separate museum visit requiring ticket planning, not automatically part of a park walk.

If your match moves

Move Trastevere to day one. Leave a second court booking open until after the first game, when everyone knows whether another session or more time exploring sounds better.

A question players ask

What should I reserve first?

If padel is the reason for the trip, secure your court at Aspresso Roma first. Book timed visits once you know the journey fits between the two.
