Seville Christmas markets 2026: dates, places and opening times

Seville has two seasonal markets with 2026 information so far: the Feria del Belén for nativity figures and the Sabores de Navidad food weekends on 12-13 and 19-20 December. The Belén dates are provisional and the Christmas craft fair is not yet confirmed. This page sorts what is announced from what still needs checking.

Prodetur has announced Sabores de Navidad, a regional food fair at the Patio de la Diputación on Avenida Menéndez Pelayo 32, for 12-13 and 19-20 December 2026. The official tourism portal shows 8 November to 23 December 2026 for the Feria del Belén on Calle Fray Ceferino González, but labels these dates as indicative and based on previous years. The Christmas craft fair ran from 5 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 in Jardines de Cristina; no primary source confirmed a 2026/27 edition by 27 October 2026.

Which Christmas markets take place in Seville in 2026?

Seville's Advent offer is spread across a few clearly different places. Each has its own focus and its own planning status.

PROVISIONAL

Feria del Belén

The nativity market focuses on figures, buildings, accessories and materials, both handmade and mass-produced. The tourism portal places it on Calle Fray Ceferino González between the cathedral and the Archivo de Indias and describes entry as free. Its 2026 dates of 8 November to 23 December are explicitly indicative, so check the latest announcement before you build a short stay around it.

Sabores de Navidad

Part of the Muestra de la Provincia at the Patio de la Diputación, Avenida Menéndez Pelayo 32. The organiser's 2026 calendar lists two weekends, 12-13 and 19-20 December. Visitor hours, admission conditions and a full exhibitor list for December had not been published at the research date, and the calendar shows no trading between the two weekends.

Christmas craft fair

The 2025 edition brought 50 craftspeople to Jardines de Cristina from 5 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. Older city pages still name Plaza Nueva. For 2026/27 there was no primary confirmation of dates or location by 27 October 2026, so treat the fair as an optional extra until the city or organiser announces it.

Which places in Seville are open through Advent regardless of the markets?

Three year-round addresses give a Christmas trip a firm base, even while parts of the seasonal programme are still open.

TRIANA

Mercado de Triana

The food market on Plaza del Altozano lists its shops Monday to Saturday from 9am to 2:30pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays. Food and drink businesses follow a separate schedule: 9am to 5pm and 6pm to midnight from Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays and holidays. Plan shopping for the morning.

CERAMICS

Centro Cerámica Triana

A former ceramics production site at Calle Callao 16 with kilns on the ground floor and ceramics from the 12th to the 20th century upstairs. Regular hours are Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 8pm, last admission 7pm. General admission is 2.10 euros, reduced 1.60 euros, and under-16s go free according to the visitor information.

SWEETS

Monasterio de Santa Paula

The shop at Calle Santa Paula 11 sells jams, creams and sweets, plus products from other convents. Christmas gift boxes with turrón and alfajores can be arranged by enquiry. The shop lists daily hours of 9:30am to 1:30pm and 5pm to 6:45pm. The historic exhibition opens Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm, with a 6 euro contribution.

Not fully. The official tourism portal lists 8 November to 23 December 2026, but it labels these dates as indicative and based on previous years. The guide therefore does not treat them as a confirmed opening period. Check the latest organiser announcement for dates and daily hours before you make the nativity market the only reason for a short trip.

Where is the Christmas market in Seville?

There is no single central Christmas market. The Feria del Belén is described on Calle Fray Ceferino González between the cathedral and the Archivo de Indias. Sabores de Navidad takes place at the Patio de la Diputación, Avenida Menéndez Pelayo 32. The craft fair was in Jardines de Cristina in 2025, with its 2026/27 location still unconfirmed.

Is the Christmas craft fair on Plaza Nueva?

An older ICAS Christmas page names Plaza Nueva, but that refers to an earlier edition. The city describes Jardines de Cristina as hosting the 2025 fair for the second time. Neither location is confirmed for 2026/27. Check that the event name, the full date range and the location in any listing all refer to the new season.

Is entry to the Seville Christmas markets free?

The tourism description of the Feria del Belén states free entry. For Sabores de Navidad, December admission conditions had not been published at the research date. Admission does apply at Centro Cerámica Triana (2.10 euros general) and a 6 euro contribution at the Santa Paula exhibition.

Are the Seville markets open on Sundays?

Sabores de Navidad is announced for Saturdays and Sundays. The shops at Mercado de Triana close on Sundays, while its food and drink businesses open from 10am to 5pm. Centro Cerámica Triana normally opens on Sundays, and the Santa Paula exhibition opens on Sundays from 10am to 1pm.
