A Christmas market weekend in Seville: arrival, where to stay and a 2-day plan
The easiest Advent weekend in Seville is 12-13 or 19-20 December, when Sabores de Navidad runs at the Patio de la Diputación. Spend Saturday in Triana with the food market and the ceramics centre, and Sunday at the food fair. The EA airport bus brings you into the city for 6 euros.

How do I plan a Christmas weekend in Seville?
Pick 12-13 or 19-20 December 2026, the two announced Sabores de Navidad weekends. On Saturday, visit the shops at Mercado de Triana in the morning, as they close on Sundays, then add Centro Cerámica Triana. On Sunday, go to Sabores de Navidad at Avenida Menéndez Pelayo 32 once its December hours are published. Add the Feria del Belén only if its season is confirmed. From the airport, the EA bus costs 6 euros single; the 8 euro return is valid only on the day of purchase.

How do you get into Seville from the airport?
The guide describes the EA airport bus in detail. Train timetables and driving are not covered.
Stops in the city
The EA bus connects the airport with several points in Seville and the Plaza de Armas bus station. The operator's map includes Santa Justa, Prado de San Sebastián and Paseo Colón by the Torre del Oro. Choose your stop by your accommodation and your route with luggage, not by the nearest market name.
Single or return
From 7 January 2026 the operator lists 6 euros for a single and 8 euros for a return. The return is valid only on the day of purchase, so on a weekend trip you need two singles: 12 euros per person, or 24 euros for two adults. The single does not include a transfer to other city services.
Check the airport-bound stop
The EA map shows different stop sequences in each direction, so do not assume you board across the road from where you arrived. Allow time for waiting and traffic, and recheck the fare if your return flight falls in January 2027.
Which area of Seville suits an Advent weekend?
The guide suggests comparing accommodation addresses with your main reason for the trip. It does not review individual hotels.
Near the nativity market
If the Feria del Belén is your focus, compare the address with Calle Fray Ceferino González. Check the actual route and any vehicle-access restrictions with the provider. The word central says little about luggage routes or the building entrance.
Across the river
For a thorough visit to the market and the ceramics centre, compare accommodation with Plaza del Altozano and Calle Callao. Allow extra travel time for anything you plan on the other side of the Guadalquivir.
For Sabores de Navidad
Use Avenida Menéndez Pelayo 32 as a comparison point. The fair only runs on the announced weekends, so your base should also work for your other stops. If your main seasonal reason is still unconfirmed, flexible booking conditions help.

Frequently asked questions
Which weekend is best for a Seville Christmas trip in 2026?
The guide points to 12-13 or 19-20 December, the two weekends Prodetur has announced for Sabores de Navidad. The calendar shows no trading between them, so a midweek trip does not include the food fair. The Feria del Belén is provisionally listed until 23 December, but those dates still need confirmation.
How much is the airport bus in Seville?
The EA airport bus costs 6 euros for a single and 8 euros for a return according to the operator's sheet from 7 January 2026. The return is valid only on the day of purchase. If you arrive and leave on different days, you need two singles, which comes to 12 euros per person.
Can I visit Mercado de Triana on a Sunday?
The market's shops close on Sundays and public holidays, so plan food shopping for Saturday morning. On Sundays, food and drink businesses open from 10am to 5pm. Centro Cerámica Triana normally opens on Sundays, which makes it a good pairing with Sabores de Navidad.
Is one day enough for the Christmas markets in Seville?
One day works if you choose a clear focus, such as the nativity market or Sabores de Navidad, and add one nearby stop. The guide's short-visit route keeps you in one market area. Two days let you add Triana's market and ceramics centre without rushing.
